Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellation conditions
When booking a room you accept our conditions:
- Up to 14 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge
- Cancellation or modification from 14 days before arrival: 100% total sum of the reservation
- No show or curtailment of the stay: 100% total sum of the reservation
Cancellation or modification of the reservation must be communicated by e-mail.
2. Check-in/check-out
Check-in: 13:00-18:00.
We will always do our absolute best to facilitate your room upon arrival.
Check-in after 18:00 is possible: please contact us so that we can take your arrival time into account.
Check-out: by 11:00 at the latest.
Luggage can always be dropped off for storage on arrival and departure.
3. General information
Breakfast: 8:15-10:30.
Parking
There is the possibility of free public parking in the street.
Paid private parking is limited. Preferably to book in advance.
We cannot be held liable for theft and/or any other damage.
No smoking inside the hotel.
4. Dog rules
Dogs are allowed with a surcharge of €10/night.
Breakfast room & bar
Your four-legged friend is welcome in our breakfast room and in the bar, but must lie under the table during the entire visit.
The dog may not be fed in these areas.
We consciously choose to welcome dogs in the bar and our breakfast room to prevent noise nuisance when they are left in the room – in a strange environment.
Room
Do not leave the dog alone in the hotel room. Even if your dog is used to being alone at home, a dog can react very differently on strange terrain and with unfamiliar noises. We want to prevent nuisance caused by barking dogs.
Do not leave the dog on the bed.
Dog poop waste bin
Please clean up dog poop in the immediate vicinity of the hotel yourself. There is a dog waste bin on the square in front of the hotel.
Dogs on the beach
Dogs are welcome on the beach from September 16th to June 1st.
From June 1st to September 15th, dogs are not allowed in the supervised areas on the beach, in the dunes and in the sea between 10:00 and 19:00.
